I came into this not knowing where to start and David was knowledgeable about every question I had. He assured me that any carrier used was thoroughly pre-screened and came from a list of highly recommended companies. He worked to get me a deal of $925, which was a little cheaper than some of the other companies I'd been researching but he also reminded me that a price too low might mean not the best quality service. I was satisfied with the carrier that was assigned to me. They picked my car up the same day I placed the order (which worried me a little) but it worked out great. I'd seen stories of people being put on trucks last minute and being put thru hoops to get their car and/or having damage to it. I had my car shipped from Cali to Maryland and it arrived in 7 days. After the car was shipped I was able to call/email both the carrier and David anytime I had questions, both were prompt in response. When I got my car it came in the exact condition I'd left it in. I would definitely recommend Ship A Car Direct to someone who wants honest and efficient service.
