We were shipping a 1999 Saturn from St. Louis to our daughter in CA. I chose this company after reading reviews and ruling out others with bad reviews. The price was $1075- $225 to Ship a Car Direct and $850 to the shipper. I spoke to Dale on the phone and he was very knowledgeable about the process and answered all questions. The pick-up date was set for Thursday. The driver called to ask if they could pick up on Wednesday and we agreed. The two drivers were courteous and professional. They said they would arrive in CA on Friday and would be there for the weekend. Our daughter contacted them on Saturday when she hadn't heard from them about the exact delivery time, and they set up prompt delivery. The car arrived without damage. Dale was in contact with us throughout the process and was easily reached via email and phone. Overall, we had no problems with the company. Although they offer a $30 rebate for writing a review, my opinion/review of the company would not change without the compensation.
