I should state that Ship a Car Direct offered me a rebate to write this review, I was planning on doing so any ways, so that is just a plus for me. That being said, I really do feel like they did an excellent job. I contact several brokers about shipping my two cars across country.

One of the other brokers came in low, but when I asked about damages the broker said if there were any issues, it would be up to me to work it out with the driver. That did not make me feel good about the broker.

Another broker came in very high, and when asked about how to handle damages, I felt confident about the broker, however it was several hundred dollars more than Ship A Car Direct.

I ended up selecting Ship A Car Direct because David was very knowledgeable about the process. He told me if there were any damages, mark it off in the bill of lading and contact them immediately- they would take care of it from there.

What impressed me most was the communication after I paid the broker fee. I received some automated emails with video links on what to expect with the move, and David followed up with several emails keeping me up-to-date on the process and asking how the transportation went.

The driver they hired did an excellent job, they figured it would be 5-7 days, but the guy got there in 4 days! The cars arrived in excellent condition.
