Experience with David at Ship-a-Car Direct was excellent. Some of the highlights from my experience with doing business with them: 1. No deposit required until they have assigned a carrier, driver, and approximate timeslot. 2. Rate is locked (not subject to gas prices, or other factors like other businesses I encountered) 3. Approximate windows assigned for pickup and delivery were reasonable: I was given three day windows for pickup day and delivery time. 4. Excellent customer service continued through delivery.
Note: I was compensated for this review with an agreed upon $30 rebate at the time order was placed. However, I get the rebate regardless of the content of this review; so this is my honest feedback.
