This was my first time shipping a car across the country. My sister needed a car so I decided to send her one that we weren't using. I was very worried about which company to pick. However, David from Ship a Car Direct helped me find a reliable and cost-effective carrier to take the car to NY. The email communications were frequent and very easy to understand.

The carrier, Less Stress Express, called me the day after Ship a Car Direct processed my request. Boris from Less Stress Express set the pick up date and time which was just a couple of days after my original request. He arrived on time and loaded my car with ease, no damage, very simple and efficient. He was responsive to all of my phone calls - never had to leave a message or "call back". The car is now on it's way to NY and I trust that Less Stress Express and Ship a Car Direct will make a successful, worry-free delivery as well. I feel like my car is in good hands.
