First time shipping a car, found these guys on this exact site Transport Reviews. Was shipping car from home in San Jose, CA to school in Ithaca, NY.
Customer service was very knowledgeable, helpful, proactive and not too pushy.
Driver arrived on exact date and time agreed to pick up car, and was very thorough in check of the car.
Car actually could have arrived earlier than agreed upon, and I was actually not even back yet, which caused a bit of an issue. But worked with them and a separate truck delivered my car a day later than the agreed upon time.
Car was sent clean and received very dirty, even some inside the car. This would be the only other minor complaint, and solved with a quick wipe down inside and car wash outside.
Overall good experience, would use them again in the future.
