My car transport went rather smoothly. The only bad part (although it is probably just part of the business) was having to wait about a week before my car was to be picked up to figure out my carrier. Also, it was less then desirable to have to constantly call the driver to see where he was or when he would pick up/drop off the car (also probably just part of the process). One issue with the driver however was that the driver left my car dirty (driver door panel and seat) from him moving the car off of the truck. It was a small issue and can easily be cleaned, but it would be nice if the driver was a little more careful. Ship a car direct did a great job of keeping my updated about the transport and making sure that everything was going smoothly.

Although I am getting a rebate for the review, it is my honest opinion. I have used ship a car direct before and had a good experience that time as well. Jason was the agent I talked to and he does a wonderful job of providing you with all the info. you need and getting you through the process.
