This was the first time that I had shipped a car. Jason did a very good job of guiding me through all of the steps, as well as how to deal with the other brokers calling me for my business. Everything he told me to expect, occurred. The only issue I had was the pick up time. The pick-up was very disorganized because the driver had never been to LA before and thus had no idea what to expect of the traffic patterns. I literally waited all day to get the car picked up. However, the Company that picked up did an excellent job once they got here and delivered it on time and in perfect condition. I would absolutely use Ship a Car Direct in the future.
