This was a very good experience from beginning to end. After our initial contact with Jason he kept us informed and kept in touch until our car made it to Utah (from New York). The car was not picked up for 11 days after our first available pick up date but we received calls from Jason letting us know of the status during that time. The transport carrier was great - friendly, professional, clean. He called us when he was a day from arrival (which was 3 days instead of the 7-10 we expected.) My son picked up the car in Utah with no problems. The cost was $1450.00 and we felt it was worth every dollar since everything moved along as promised. I would be writing a good review of Ship A Car Direct even if they didn't offer me a monetary incentive! We felt they were honest, trustworthy and concerned about offering us the best service possible.
