Overall our car shipping experience was pretty painless. We had to make some adjustments on where our car was picked up and delivered, and our transport company was very flexible and easy to work with.

The only negative part of the experience was receiving a phone call from the transport company the day before scheduled pickup saying they could pick up the car that night. We agreed that the early pickup would work, and they said they would call back when they had a pickup time. However, that night they never called to schedule the pickup appointment or say they weren't going to pick up the car. It was after hours and their office was closed, so we weren't able to know if the pickup was still on or not. It was a little annoying waiting around for a call that never came, but the next morning we received a phone call scheduling a pickup time for the originally scheduled pickup day.

We were driving across the country ourselves and they honored our request not to deliver the car before we arrived. We received the car on our designated delivery day, and for a small fee they even drove it an extra 25 miles beyond our original destination. We made the request for a different delivery location that morning, so we were very glad that they were able to accommodate our last minute request.

The back end of the car was dirty when delivered, which made it hard to check for damages, but everything looked fine, and the transport employee was very pleasant to work with.

I would definitely use Ship a Car Direct again. Matt was great helping us make arrangements and checking in with us to make sure everything was going smoothly.
