This is Anup, owner of the Corolla that was being transported by Ship a car direct and CAA from Greenville, SC to San Jose, CA. Initially, Matt from Ship a car direct explained to me how the process works and how it is fully insured and allayed my fears. The pickup was late but when I told Matt about it he made sure there were no further delays and it was picked up the next day.

The car arrived safely last Sunday. There was no damage to the car. Infact CAA delivered it early as well.

I wanted to sincerely thank Matt for being there to answer my calls/emails no matter how late into the night I emailed or called him.
