I checked reviews and BBB and ship a car had mostly good reviews. In every industry there are subtleties and nuances that are not apparent to the first timer like me. I worked with Tom at ship a car and he patiently gave me a lesson on variables and expectations and normal deviations that can be expected and frankly that made all the difference in my expectations and my perceptions. Regardless of peoples varying degree of required hand holding the fact remains in my transaction...my car was picked up and delivered in a reasonable time without damage at the agreed upon price. I will use them again.
