I shipped a sedan from MA to CA. ShipACarDirect assigns my shipment to another carrier, in my case it was "Unified Auto Trans Corp".

Communication was excellent on both sides of the trip. I emailed back and forth from dispatcher a few days before pickup. Then on the day of the pickup, dispatcher called me and the driver also called me when he's on the way. Same process on the delivery side.

I made a small payments before the pickup, then pay the balance to the driver upon delivery (in my case is cash).

The car delivered to me in the same shape as pickup except of little dirtier.

I was very happy with the entire process.
