The initial setup was hassle-free. The actual pick-up was a bit challenging because I was originally told they could pick up my car at my place, but I ended up having to drive somewhere. The delivery was stressful and unpleasant because they were unable to deliver on time due to their driver's truck breaking down and they didn't even call to tell me. I found out on my own when I called the night before the delivery. Long story short, it took two attempts and a whole day later to get my car. Lastly, the rebate process was just as stressful and unpleasant as the final delivery.

Thank you for your feedback, sorry for your stress on delivery. You bring up a really important point about carrier timing, in that carriers really can't confirm exact arrival days in advance. Their timing really is in flux throughout the transport - even when there isn't a maintanence issue. Drivers usually call when they have a realistic arrival (often the night before delivery).
