Ship a Car Direct and specifically Dale were easy to work with, easy to get in contact with, and very helpful and professional throughout the process. I would recommend them and use them in the future. The ultimate carrier was a little less reliable. The carrier changed both the pick up date and delivery date 3 times, and occasionally would not return my calls/text messages.
