After reading many reviews online trying to find a company to ship our car, we were very nervous because there are so many bad reviews with so many companies. We chose Ship a Car Direct after talking to Dale. We had a very positive experience working with Dale at Ship a Car Direct. He worked with our difficult schedule and got our vehicle as close to the time period we needed. He was extremely helpful, communicative, and was always available via phone and email for questions. Walked us through the process, sent helpful emails and suggestions to make the process as easy as possible. He regularly called to check that things were going as scheduled and would follow up to any questions or concerns we had. Our car showed up in perfect condition. Because we had such a small window that we needed our car shipped in, we had to adjust our pick up dates by a couple of days, but it worked out in everyones best interest. We will definitely be contacting Dale for the return trip.
