This is my first time shipping a car and Ship A Car Direct made shipping my Nissan such am easy transaction from the moment Matt answered the phone to the last call I received to confirm the delivery of my vehicle. Matt stayed in contact with me during the waiting period for a carrier. He weeded out the carriers that did not have the best reviews and recommended the carrier that did. However it was ultimately my choice on who we went with. I chose Shipping Experts they have an A+ with BBB. Matt made sure I had contact information for himself and the carrier. He was very prompt in responding to my inquiries and proactive in updating me with what was going on with the process. I was never left in the dark. The carrier contacted me the day before pickup to provide me with an anticipated time of pick-up, then contacted me an hour before arriving. My car was delivered a day earlier than quoted. Due to the roads in San Francisco the carrier could not deliver the car to my home, however I was informed from the beginning that it may be an issue. The driver contacted me again the day before delivery and about an hour and a half before arriving. He patiently waited for me to catch the bus the pick up my vehicle. He met me in an area that was convenient and easily accessible for me. If I need to ship any of my vehicles again I will definitely be going through Ship A Car Direct without hesitation. In addition, when I come in contact with anyone that needs to ship their vehicle, Ship A Car Direct will be my only recommendation.
