I had never shipped a car before. I felt lost when I encountered so many brokers on the web all promising great service. I chose Ship A Car Direct because they had excellent descriptions of the process of finding a carrier (both text and videos). Their BBB rating and Transport Reviews were also reassuring, and the representative on the phone seemed to know what he was talking about. He was very good at answering my questions. The driver arrived when promised and was experienced and business-like: pickup and delivery went like clockwork.

BTW, the fact that I get $30 back for taking this survey does not influence by rating at all. It cost $1250 to ship my Nissan Maxima across the country (2900 miles), so $30 doesn't influence me. I thought the service was quite good and highly recommend them.
