I chose Ship-A-Car-Direct based on positive reviews I had read about the company. All of the reviews were true. My contact, Tom, was extremely responsive, knowledgable and kind. He was easy to reach and always had a positive and professional attitude. He worked with Rapid Transport LLC. Rapid Transport LLC picked up and delivered my car in a very short amount of time. The contact at Rapid Transport LLC was very kind and informative. His driver was polite and professional. The price charge was more than fair.

This is the third time that I have transported a vehicle from coast-to-coast. I really wish I had known about Ship-A-Car-Direct previously because my experiences with other carriers was less than good.
