Vehicles were due on Friday and did not arrive until Sunday night at 9:00 pm during a thunderstorm! Plus, the driver could not drive the carrier into our gated community and said we would have to come to him! Luckily a neighbor was willing to drive us the mile out to the main road. They also charged extra to pick up vehicles in Newport, Oregon. All in all, we were quite pleased with Ship A Car Direct and Dale (who was totally responsive), not so much with Diesel Auto Express (the carrier).
