Jason was definitely a big help. Prior to talking to Jason, two other companies did me a disservice and it was Jason that helped me out. He displayed understanding, sympathy, and did the best of his abilities to solve my problems.

Overall, Ship Direct is a very resourceful company. I found their videos to be quite informative.
