Dee was very helpful and upfront with the whole shipping process. I asked for a quote well over 2 months in advance because I had a bad experience with a different company. From the beginning, Dee gave me an insight and explained the workflow and how they would find carriers closer to the shipment date. She was in contact with me the entire time with emails and phone calls. She was able to find a carrier and he was very helpful and texted me where he was whenever I asked. Dee and the driver made sure I was in the loop the process rather than be waiting in limbo. Overall, a little bit pricier but well worth it with the prompt process and response with my concerns.
