Driver demanded cash from my elderly mother

I spoke to Amanda who seemed helpful and smart. I got no paperwork or info at all until the driver called me screaming he would be there in an hour. I told him he was going to my elderly parents' house and I would be on a plane in an hour. I called Amanda who was unavailable. Then my mother told me the driver was demanding $600 cash from her. So much for their expert screening process. The invoice she sent was $50 more than quoted and the supposed $30 rebate never was only for a good review which I obviously wasn't giving. Nasty, unprofessional, and bad. Don't use.
