Thanks for the great review, Jeffrey! Sorry to hear about the confusion regarding timing and payment - this is the first we are hearing about it. We prefer to help resolve problems, so please contact your sales rep as soon as issues come up. It's a good thing for future shippers to know: carriers do not take credit cards, price is based on cash payment. Also, it's best to let your sales rep know your timing restrictions when you place your order. That we can match you with a carrier better aligned with your timing needs to avoid stressful situations all around.
