Since we had never had a car shipped before, I especially appreciated Ship a Car Direct's FAQ page and videos on their web site.

All my communication from Mike, my contact person was straight forward. When I emailed him or called, he responded within the day. As luck would have it, Adamtrans, the company that picked up the car, came on the first day we listed as available. The driver estimated the car would be delivered within six or seven days and it was delivered the evening of the sixth day. Prior to delivery, the driver determined that he would not be able to turn his truck around on our son's college campus, so they figured out a shopping center close to campus to meet.

Ship a Car Direct states that they only do business with reputable transporter companies. They weed out companies that don't meet Ship a Car Direct's standards. At least in our experience, I believe this is true. I would use this company again and would recommend it to others.
