I purchased a vehicle in California and needed it shipped to Tennessee. I reviewed other companies and after I spoke to Amanda with Ship a Car Direct I decided to use her for the job. Ship a Car Direct cost $800 for the transport which was $50 dollars higher than my lowest quote.
The reason I went with Ship a Car Direct was Amanda. Amanda never once asked for my credit card information during the initial call. She was interested in getting my vehicle shipped for me and how to make the process as easy as possible. Another company I spoke to before Amanda was $50 dollars less however the only thing the representative was interested in was my credit card information and the car second and began to get iritated as I asked question first before giving my card information. Needless to say I said thanks but no thanks and hung up and called Ship a Car Direct.

My car was picked up outside Los Angeles two days after I spoke to Amanda with Ship a Car Direct. The towing company promised the car in four days however arrived a day early. I did not have direct contact with the driver however his dispatcher called me with information. There was some motor oil on the hood of my car that had leaked out of the car above it. I was able to get the oil cleaned off with no problems to the finish. The driver was professional and did not stand over top of me while I inspected the vehicle. I would use Ship a Car Direct again if needed.
