My experience with Kay, at customer service was great. She was very helpful, informative and prompt in finding me an auto transporter. She is truly a professional and a big asset to the company. Ship A Car Direct found a carrier, Elite Fleet Inc, out of Aurora, CO that was very professional. They contacted me in a very timely matter. They picked up my son's car from Transcar LA POV, When arriving there they found out the keys had been lost, they contacted me and then waited around for the day. The following day the keys were located and the driver was able to load the car. The car was delivered in two days. Ilya was great to work with! I highly recommend and would definitely use Ship A Car Direct and Elite Fleet Inc. again.

Thanks so much for your great recommendation! Glad to hear the driver was accommodating around the key mix-up, but it's a good point: keys are necessary!
