Ship-A-Car-Direct was both knowledgeable and thorough. Never having done this before, I didn't know what to expect or how this whole process is handled. After my first contact with them I felt confident in the company's abilities to handle my car transport. Matt took charge and followed it through to the end. He stayed in constant communication with me.
Matt was proactive and contacted the carrier to move things along. He did not wait to hear from the carriers and possibly delay the process.
At the beginning I decided to change the pickup location and that was no problem. It was easily modified. The actual pickup date was approximately four days from my first available date, well within the time frame I needed.
When the carrier was going to be more expensive than originally estimated, Matt agreed to accept a lower broker fee.
After the car was transported and arrived at its destination, Matt followed up to make sure everything went smoothly and I was a satisfied customer.
