I was very impressed with Ship a Car Direct, and the quick responses to all my requests. I worked with Kay and she understood exactly what I needed to ship a new car from California to Maine, and she came through on all counts with excellent customer service. The car arrived safe and sound, and on time. I will be contacting Ship a Car Direct in a few years when I need the car shipped back to California.
