Called them on Wednesday to get my car shipped on Friday from Wisconsin to Texas. Due to bad weather the car was picked up on Monday at the time specified by the driver.
The customer representative Emily was always following up from the moment I called to request a quote to days after I received my car.
The car was delivered on time and everything was in place.
