Independent truckers don't have office hours to take your calls, it's not how the industry is set up. Truckers are behind the wheel, not behind a desk so they use brokers (like us) to coordinate their jobs. And reputable brokers (like us) have a history with carriers and vet out the good ones from the shady ones. As a general rule drivers do not check in with customers or with their brokers every night, nor is their a standardized tracking system like there is for Fed Ex. However, we provide you the drivers number that you can call or call us and we'll be happy to call them for you.
