Thank you for your feedback, AC! So sorry the carrier didn't follow the route you expected - sometimes inclement weather, maintenance problems or issues with other customers can force a carrier off their schedule. Frankly, it's always in the carriers financial interest to deliver directly and quickly, so they don't make detours lightly.
