Initially received a low ball offer from another company and waited 2 weeks for them to find a carrier to accept at the quote given. Other company started at $645.00 to ship from MI to FL and ended up at $800.00 by the end of the two week period.

Contacted Ship a Car Direct and was quoted $845.00 and within a few hours was assigned a carrier. Due to severe weather in MI my car was picked up a day late so I expected the arrival to be delayed as well. I was originally given a 5-6 day window for delivery however received my car in 3 days.

The driver was very courteous and worked with me to accommodate my needs for delivery time. According to my brother who met him for pick up he received the same great service.

This was my first experience with shipping an auto but I plan to do it again and again due to the great service and someone else doing the driving. I would definitely recommend Ship a Car Direct and S&B Auto to everyone. The customer service has been superb from the first online quote to the delivery.

Thanks for the great feedback, Tanesha! That's the thing about low-ball offers that many first time shippers don't know when they start the process - those low quotes aren't guarantees, they are starting points. So glad we were able to make up for the experience you had with the other company!
