And service can be affected for logistical reasons like if your street has low hanging trees, if you live on a steep hill, on a narrow one way, in a gated community or in a major city like DC or San Francisco. Trucks have to be able to access your address and load/unload safely there, otherwise they may have to meet you nearby.
