Emily at Ship a Car Direct was always available or returned calls promptly. The information materials sent via email were extremely helpful for this "first time" shipper. The car arrived in a reasonable amount of time considering the extreme weather conditions with which the driver of the transport had to deal.
The car arrived very dirty due to the weather conditions, but the driver helped me wash off the car, so a valid inspection could be performed. I am very satisfied with the entire experience.
