I was worried about sending the Yaris across the country just after a massive storm in the mid west. Tom was very factual and informative about the process. No hype, scare stories or false promises. He picked a price that would get an early pick up, and indeed we had a driver within a few days. Ben, the driver, was very helpful and arranged to pick up a day early at our request. The car arrived in CA in ten days, as promised. Tom gave us some helpful advice about other companies, and, yes, we had several scammers trying to lure us away by pretending to be in the neighborhood and ready to pick up the car. I am so glad Tom warned us about them. The car was delivered in good shape, and unloading was a breeze. It is important to go with the recommended market price and not be lured by unrealistically low quotes. I am very happy with the experience and the service, and with Tom's guidance throughout. I liked the way he followed up everything with a comfirmation email or phone call. Yes, I would use them again.
