I had never shipped a car before. The car was picked up on time in Massachusetts and delivered the very next day in North Carolina. The driver was pleasant and very professional. From the first phone call to the final payment this was a "worry-free" experience. The broker, Tom was quite attentive, explained everything in detail and made sure it was done correctly.
