These folks were great to deal with. Emily answers her own phone and returned my e-mails promptly. I told her what day I needed the car picked up, and she made it happen. I asked her for the phone number of the driver, and later that day he called me. Everything happened as promised. In these days when people tend to over-commit and under-deliver, she did what she said she was going to do, when she said she would do it, for the cost the she promised. I'm very happy.
