Everyone at ship a car direct and their carrier ace auto transport was professional and courteous. They took my concerns seriously and returned my calls promptly. David gave me a reasonable quote and made sure the car was picked up on time with a very small window to work with. Ace kept me informed of where my car was and who the drivers were. I called the driver Lee a couple of times from Los Angeles to New Jersey and he was always direct and honest about delivery time. He delivered the car on the day he said it would come and within the time frame he told us. Although this is not an exact science, ship a car direct and ace transport made it pretty darn close. I would recommend them highly and will use them again in the future.
