I was changing the first available dates and Emily quickly updated my request. She is very easy to work with. I would definitely recommend her if you need a broker to find a reliable carrier to ship your car.

I had a window of three days for pick up. It was scheduled on the last day. The truck driver was supposed to come in the afternoon, but didn't show up. I called and was told there was some mechanical issues with the truck and he would come the next morning instead. I got worried since I will leave the city the next morning. So I called Emily. Thanks to her, I was able to communicate with the driver after 7:00pm the same day and my car was finally picked up at 11:00pm. The car arrived quickly. It took only three days from TN to CO. Of course the car was very dirty upon arrival, but no damage. My overall experience with Emily was excellent.
