Kay was very helpful in getting me through this process. The only thing I did not like was being notified the same day and within 3-4 hours of pick-up. I understand now, that this is how it sometimes work, however, it was not convenient so I had to turn that carrier away. The next carrier gave a 24hr notice, arrived on time and delivered the vehicle on time. The cost was within the same range of other transporters. I would definitely use this company again.

Thanks for the 5 star review, Kathy! You bring up a very important point about timing: it is often confirmed within 24-48 hours of carrier arrival. Unlike buses and planes that have regular routes and schedules, carrier availability is unique and drive times vary from week to week. No matter how much notice you give us, it's realistic to expect estimates and/or short notice around your pick-up and delivery dates.
