Matt at Ship a Car Direct was great. He kept in touch with me by phone & by e-mail. This company is true to their word. When he gave us his quote we knew we would be going with this company. The have an excellent rating (they are #1) & their service speaks for itself. Within 24 hrs Matt had the carrier, pickup date & delivery date. The carrier, 1st Class Transport was great. They called when they picked up the car & kept in touch with us up to the delivery. The car was in perfect shape not a scratch on it. We are so thankful we went with Matt at Ship a Car Direct and if we ever have to ship a car again they will have our business. Thank you again Matt.
