I am quite happy with the process and timely reponse in terms of car shippment company who organize this car movement. But Auto transporter was not customer friendly. Also i wasn't notified before about the balance due and what mode of transaction i can do OR auto transporter will accept. The delivery of the car was damage free but it was so so dirty and the shield was full of icey and he was not even removed the portion of icey or not helpful. I couldn't move the car as i couldn't see the road at all. Also it was so so dirty and he was saying i am not responsible for this dirtyness. If he is not then who will be responsible....

Thank you for your feedback! Glad to hear the transport was damage free! And you bring up a good point: Mother Nature is responsible for the dirt and snow accumulated when shipping by open carrier. :)
