Paul was excellent. Honest, and straightforward.
The auto carrier picked up the car from a local parking lot because our house is difficult to maneuver, he couldn't get the truck to the drop off location but he did drive our car to the house and then asked that he be brought back to the truck. It was a little inconvenient but overall fine. .

Thanks for the 5 star review, Mrs. O! You bring up a great point: some neighborhood roads are too steep/windy/narrow, or sometimes low trees or bridges or gates prevent trucks from picking up at your door. Glad it was overall fine!
