Matt always listened to my questions/concerns and promptly followed up with me. The actual carrier Ebro LLC driver was amazing too! I read review websites before making my decision. However, I was initially nervous because although I have used a transporter before, this was my 1st time dealing with Ship A Car Direct. Matt explained everything to me. Their website videos were very helpful. My car arrived dirty, but that was to be expected after an open transport from west to east coast. There was also snow and rain, but on-time and no damage to my car. I was also able to talk to either Matt at Ship A Car Direct or the driver at Ebro LLC when I wanted updates before and while my car was in transit. Yes, I highly recommend Ship A Car Direct! Matt, thanks for listening and most of all for showing me that you do provide and care about Excellent service! Excellent company to keep in my roller-deck of preferred vendors...Thanks~Tt
