The quote process was timely and professional. Telephone conversations were reassuring and one felt comfortable that one was dealing with reliable people. I watched all the videos on the website and they answered most of my questions (Preparing for pickup, Insurance, How much gas to leave in the car etc.). Trucking company was identified within a day and schedule was set within 1 day of original estimate. Trucker suggested an easy location for pickup (within 5 miles of my home) and offered to drop me back home. Approximate delivery estimate was met within reasonable range (+1 day).
