My overall experience with Ship A Car Direct was good. David was very helpful with the entire process. There was a minor hiccup with the transport initially being unprepared to handle the spares that with my car, but that caused an insignificant delay for me. The transport was smooth and had no problems. The driver was very helpful with the offload of the car and spares. I would do business with them again without hesitation.

Thanks for the great review, Sean! You bring up a really good point about shipping parts with the vehicle - many customers assume shipping additional parts is included in the transport price, but that's not always the case. Depending on the weight and/or the type of parts, your carrier may or may not be able to accommodate them. If they can be included, it often requires an additional fee for the additional weight.
