We picked Ship a Car Direct based on the many great reviews on Transport Reviews, and we were not disappointed. Kay was very professional and helpful, and kept us well informed by phone and email throughout the entire process.

We needed to ship a car from Austin, TX to San Mateo, CA, and Kay quickly found the perfect carrier for us - SBT Auto Inc. in Round Rock, TX. Our driver Tom (Tomasz Bednarek) was wonderful to work with. He picked up and delivered the car exactly when promised and was very courteous and friendly. He also took great care to make sure the car would arrive safely and in perfect condition, which it did.

This was our first experience shipping a car, and it was a very smooth process thanks to Ship a Car Direct and SBT Auto Inc. We would recommend them to anyone looking to transport a car.
