Very smooth transaction from start to finish. Scott kept in touch through emails & phone calls. He also sent informational videos that helped explain the whole process. The driver arrived on schedule to pick up my vehicle in NJ. Called to confirm pickup. Driver called again day before delivery to let us know when to expect him. He arrived the next morning as scheduled. Vehicle arrived in good condition.Scott also checked in with us to make sure eveything went smoothly. I would definitely recommed Ship A Car Direct.
