They picked up faster than I thought they would. Thankfully the pick up paperwork included the driver's number. He was very cooperative and easy to get hold of. The broker was very good, too, get back to me, answered questions, knowledgeable. The dispatcher for the driver, well, they need a new one. But overall, good.
